Like this blog’s title says, I listen/buy tunes based on how an artist speaks to me through the above musical phraseology.

The music of today seems to be mostly computer generated, which may be great for sales and technology, but not good for the public at large because it makes for lazy listeners(and artists). Can’t sing? Can’t play an instrument? You can still go platinum! Yeah,Right, whatever!

All the cats listed here, young and old, mainstream to avant-garde, got some chops and as a band, they got a groove goin’ on.

I break ‘em down by “Axe”(instrument), because that’s how musicians I know do it.

When they have a gig they don’t look for a band; they’re looking for a bass player, a singer, or a piano player etc.

They ask: “Can he play?”–”Yeah, he’s bad as hell!”

To keep it simple:

Step Two: Click profyousion’s video review to hear/view my samples.

What I dislike most about music previews is you never hear the baddest part of the tune, because it’s rarely in the first 30 seconds. Previews are merely identifiers. I hope to somewhat remedy this by using an “intro-bridge-ending” format where possible, with commentary between clips, telling why I did and you should buy the tunes.

Step Three: Buy the tunes.

That’s right, THIS AIN’T NO FREEBIE SITE. I won’t get you or me caught up in giving away something neither one of us owns. Prices range anywhere from $.15-$1.00 for singles/$1.50-$10.00 for albums. There will also be wax links for collectors, which will be priced according to rarity and demand. ENJOY!
